Commissioning & Maintenance

Nitrogen/Helium leak testing. using laboratory standard mass-spectrometer; the globally recognised method to accurately identify leaks. Planned and executed to the highest quality and safety standards for both operational systems and new builds.

Hydrotesting of all pipeline systems and associated spool testing compliant to industry standards and regulations. Fully auditable documentation packages provided to the clients complete with records and charts.

Bolting Services. Our field experience show that Flanges are the primary causes of leaks due to incorrect assembly and inaccurate bolt loads. Our Bolting and Flange management services include the use of bolt torquing and tensioning equipment as standard.

On site machining, flange facing and pipe cutting enhance the the quality of the joint and reduce the possibility of leakage. Records are incorporated into the flange management system and delivered to the Client on completion.

Valve Services

In support of our onsite maintenance, repair and operations services (MRO) to improve performance, we can supply the following valves to suit your operational and maintenance needs :

Isolation Valves: DBB, Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly, Plug, Needle Valves, SBB,
Pipeline, Pipeline fittings and flanges all materials.
Safety Valves: PSV, POPSV, Vacuum and Breather Valves
SDVs, ESDVs and MOVs

Materials available: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Bronze, Aluminum Bronze, Duplex, Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy. Other are available on request.

Manpower Supply

We provide fully certified offshore operators, supervisors and management to fill all the needs of the Client.

Be it a Facility, FSO, Jack Ups or Rigs our personnel come with all certification required to operate in the environment. Full medical records supplied and offshore safety training certification.

From the start of construction we provide teams of Jetting operators and machinists to assist with the preparatory cleaning and fitting of pipes. Bolting supervisors and operators for assembly work.

Flange managers and inspectors maintain all the records of work carried out and deliver this to the Client enabling full traceability of work conducted.

We have a vastly experienced supply of Leak Testing Engineers, Supervisors and Operators. Multi task trained to also supply Hydrotesting services, Chemical Cleaning and Oil Flushing.

Our Machinist Specialists are also qualified Bolting Supervisors and Operators.

The most critical discipline of current Operations, reputations are built and lost by management of safety at site.

Our Managers and Supervisors see the Project from planning stage to completions. Fully NEBOSH and DNV Auditing qualified.

Also trained in assisting Project Management with Method Statements, Permit Handling and Authorisation.
